Q: How much do I have to learn and how much time does it take to learn the system?
A: There is very little to learn! The system is designed to guide you and everything you need to do is just 2 clicks away!
Q: I am currently working with another consulting company and it’s not going well. Can I switch to Pure Potential?
A: YES! There are a couple of additional steps to take but they’re not significant.
Q: How long does it take to get started?
A: It depends on our implementation workload. It’s usually 2 to 3 days before you can start sending leads into the system. Depending on the number of users you need, rebranding the system takes approximately 20 hours.
Q: Can I important my contact lists from another vendor into your system?
A: Yes! We have a process developed that ensures your contacts get into the correct campaign and that the contacts have the correct configurations such
Q: Can I cancel if I decide it’s not for me?
A: YES! You can cancel any time after your current billing cycle. This is not a money grab for us. If it’s not for you, it’s not for us either!
Q: What is the quality of your support?
A: We want you to succeed! You should need very little tech support. However, things happen and we’re here for you. Sometimes software updates cause issues, but we’re usually on it before you notice.
